Shipping
Shipping costs $5 per order within mainland New Zealand, regardless of quantity. This price includes handling and insurance. We usually courier our goods and they can only be delivered to a physical address. Occasionally, and at our discretion, we will send orders by NZ Post. The courier delivers goods Monday to Friday. If you require a weekend delivery, please enquire. Note, however, that this will entail an extra charge.If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Jerome's, then we will be responsible for the re-delivery or replacement of the product. If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Jerome's will not replace or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.
Please note: we do not take orders from outside New Zealand or ship overseas.
Damages
If books are delivered to you in a damaged condition and you wish to replace them, please advise Jerome's within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Returns
You may return a book (other than one not listed on our website and specially ordered for you - except, of course, if it is damaged) within seven days of receipt of goods. Please advise us of the purchase date and reason for returning the book. No books will be accepted for return after seven days, unless by prior written agreement.
We will replace your book with another one of the same value or you may pay the difference and purchase a more expensive book. We will send you the replacement book only after we have received the book to be returned and verified it as being in saleable condition.
Please ensure books to be returned are bubble-wrapped. Damaged books will not be replaced. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. If the books go missing in transit, they will not be replaced by Jerome's.

Placing Orders
You can place a secure order by using the shopping cart provided on this website. Once you have chosen your books and click to check out, you will be prompted to either register your name and address or enter your email and password (if you are already registered). By entering your details, you are not obliged to purchase anything. You may quit the checkout process at any time before entering your credit card details or, if paying by bank transfer, before clicking the final confirmation button. After you have registered, you will arrive at the checkout where you have the option to pay by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. Please note: no credit card information whatsoever is stored on Jerome's website, nor can it be viewed by anyone. If you pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the National Bank of New Zealand where the payment will be made in real-time and securely. After you have completed the transaction, you will be returned to Jerome's website to finalize your order. This method of payment has been implemented for your protection. Payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
When you place an order, we will contact you if the books are not immediately available.
Jerome's gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If you credit money to an incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to you (the customer) by Jerome's, then we will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
